Dust Filter Bag :
In pulse and air box pulse dust collectors, the dust is attached to the outer surface of the filter bag. When the dusty gas passes through the dust collector, the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter bag, while the clean gas enters the inside of the bag through the filter media. The cage inside the filter bag is used to support the bag and prevent the bag from collapsing, while it helps to remove and redistribute the dust cake and eliminate dust from occurring.
Filter bag is the core of the dust filter components. The filter bag has the strict requirements on design, filter material cutting, woven technology etc. These requirements are very important for the normal operation of the bag filter and convenient maintenance, and it is great significance to enlong the service life of the filter bag.

There are 19 working produres. Every product from Sinft had undergone detailed perfection.
Scientific surface treatment like heat setting, dipping, singeing, calendering and coating can signigicantly prevent the fabric
from shrinking,remove surface batting, imrove filtration effectiveness and increase heat resistant.
Package:
The dust filter bags are packed in PP woven bags or according to your requirements.
